Industry Relationships that Work

At VenueQuest, we take great pride in the relationships we have built within the hotel industry. We have helped our clients book every type of hotel from small intimate resorts, to large-scale convention hotels. We can only do that through the creation of positive and rewarding relationships with our contacts at individual hotels, hotel management companies and national sales offices.

However, these relationships are all based solely on VenueQuests reputation for honest and fair negotiations.  One of our founding principles at VenueQuest was that we would never, ever, enter into preferred contracts or marketing agreements with any hotel companies.

Many of our competitors in third party hotel booking services earn a very profitable secondary income through partnerships with specific hotel companies.  While those third parties are able to book a meeting in any hotel, just like VenueQuest, they earn extra bonuses by steering their customers towards the hotels with which they have pre-existing deals.  This is bad for competition, and bad for the customers bottom line.

VenueQuest works for, our customers, and our business model relies on earning their business and referrals, not on maximizing each transaction.
