| Q: How can we become a preferred hotel? |
A: VenueQuest does not maintain preferred relationships with hotel companies. We believe we owe our clients a fair, objective and bias free analysis of all hotels available to them. |
| Q: How can our hotel receive more leads from VenueQuest? |
A: As long as we are aware of your hotel, you will get leads from us. If you have never worked with us, please enter your your property information into our hotel database. We conduct searches in the areas where our clients would like their events to take place. We believe in presenting every possible option to our clients, provided it fits their needs and expectations. To achieve that goal, we reach out to every hotel we are aware of in a destination and send them a RFP. Read our tips on how to successfully complete our RFP.

| Q: Do you keep a database of hotels you do business with? |
A: Yes, we are in the process of populating our database. Once populated, it will contain pertinent information about every hotel we have dealt with in the past, as well as new properties we are introduced to. We will use this database to identify hotels meeting the basic requirements of our clients. If you would like to have your property added to this database, please fill out our short form. |
| Q: May I send a sales kit for your files? |
A: You may and we will keep it on file, but our preferred method of gathering information is via hotel Web sites. Using Web sites we are able to gather the most current information quickly and efficiently, as well as view multiple photos of the location. Fill out our short form to enter your property into our hotel database.

| Q: How will you notify me when you have a lead for my specific location? |
A: At VenueQuest, we prefer to distribute our RFPs through the national sales offices of all the major hotel chains. Therefore, if you work for a Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt, Carlson, Four Seasons, Fairmont, Omni, or other large chain, you will likely receive VenueQuest leads through your national sales office. If you represent an independent hotel or work for a small chain, then most likely you will receive our RFP directly. |
