b) Realizing you cannot make the sale, you ask the would-be client if they would mind being contacted by a professional meeting planning agent. You can explain there is no cost to them for VenueQuest’s hotel site selection service.

c) If the client is receptive to the idea, you would contact us and relay the client’s information. It is not necessary for you to qualify the meeting – our agent will do that.

d) From the moment you pass on the contact information, your active role is complete. If VenueQuest is able to successfully close the booking, we will process a check in the amount of $1 for every roomnight contracted by that client, as soon as the contract has been signed.
