Dan Gennari founded VenueQuest in 2003 with one simple idea — that finding the perfect hotel or meeting venue should be efficient, transparent, and relationship-driven. After years working in hotel sales for Hilton, Dan saw firsthand how valuable it is when clients, agents, and hotels work together as true partners. That insight became the foundation of VenueQuest’s “win-win-win” philosophy — delivering exceptional results for every client, every hotel partner, and every project.
Over the past two decades, Dan has helped hundreds of organizations — from Fortune 500 companies and national associations to government agencies, nonprofits, schools, and sports teams — find and book the ideal venues for their meetings, conferences, and group travel. He brings a project manager’s precision and a hotel professional’s empathy to every engagement, combining data-driven site selection with a personal touch that makes clients feel truly supported.

When he’s not negotiating contracts or comparing hotel specs, Dan can usually be found planning his next trip, skiing or mountain biking, and sharing travel insights with clients and colleagues.
