VenueQuest has changed the entire dynamic of the site selection for our companies annual dealer conference. We have a very specific list of requirements and we want unique locations each year. The process of finding resorts that met our criteria had outgrown my abilities as an individual. Dan Gennari brings a very professional component to the process. His suggestions are always spot on and the legwork that he does brings a huge amount of data into a very manageable grid.
We have used Venue Quest for the last two sites we have selected and Dan has also assisted with the on site visits. Then he has managed the contract negotiations as well. His experience and non-biased advice have made our last event our best in the 6 year history of the event.
I would not consider site selection again without the input of VenueQuest and Dan!
