We used VenueQuest to help plan our annual corporate meeting in 2019 and couldn't be happier or more impressed. Dan... definitely got us a better rate with more concessions than we were able to get on our own. In addition, he was incredibly helpful throughout the process, from a complicated RFP to signed contract, without being pushy. Highly recommend him and his team. Can I please give VenueQuest 10 stars? Dan is a miracle worker.I used VenueQuest for the first time just recently,... and I'm SOOOO glad I did. I do event planning for a national child advocacy organization. We're planning a meeting of about 50 people, and -- 1 month out from our event -- our hotel gave our room away to a larger group but didn't tell us for several days. When Dan found out, he immediately went to work on alternatives and was able to find several hotels that met our needs AND the price we'd already negotiated with the original hotel. If not for Dan, our meeting would have likely had to be canceled while we went through the whole RFP process again.Even before he averted that disaster, Dan's service made my life so much easier. There's a webform to input your event's requirements, though ours was a little more complex because we were looking at 2 different dates and 2 different cities. So, I had an email conversation with Dan to explain, and very quickly got back a fantastic spreadsheet that laid out all of our options in detail.After I'd narrowed the search down to the ones I wanted to visit, Dan made all the arrangements and sent me a site visit itinerary showing when and where to meet the hotel's rep, and included contact and parking info. Once we'd picked our top choice, Dan handled all the negotiations to get the room rate and catering prices down as far as possible. He definitely saved us money as well as time. AND he saved our event.I can't recommend this service highly enough! Do yourself a favor and book your next event through VenueQuest. I have worked with Dan Gennari of Venue Quest several times for our company meetings. Dan has always found the perfect... hotels for our meetings. He knows what types of hotels and locations we prefer and makes several recommendations. He has even toured hotels he was not familiar with so he could give me good information. Dan saves me multiple hours of research which I am so thankful for. Dan also negotiates the best deals for us. Really great experience. Our group needed a new location for a two day meeting that was centrally located. Dan helped... us quickly find possible meeting locations and hotel accommodations. What can take hours, if not days, was done by someone with more knowledge and experience. This is an easy way to solve meeting and hotel needs in a professional manner.read more
